The Reserves Badia a Corte and Terre di Cino represent the pinnacle of our winemaking, ideal for those seeking complexity and great character in the glass.

Attached are the detailed technical data sheets with winemaking and aging specifications. To best enjoy these wines, we recommend serving them at a temperature of 15 °C (59 °F).

Food Pairings: We recommend Badia a Corte with boards of Tuscan (and international) cured meats, tartare, and risottos, while Terre di Cino pairs divinely with aged cheeses and grilled red meats—perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners.

Furthermore our suggestion is to keep at least one bottle of each in your cellar. Uncorking them in 5 to 10 years will be a remarkable experience, revealing the extraordinary aging potential of our wines.
